The disruption affects both the website and mobile app, with reports of login failures and website errors. This outage occurs during a busy ticketing period, raising concerns among customers and industry observers about the platform’s stability.
According to reports compiled by Downdetector and user complaints on social media, over 2,000 incidents of login failures and website errors have been registered since early today. Many users report receiving error messages when attempting to access their accounts or purchase tickets. Ticketmaster has not yet issued an official statement explaining the cause of the outage or providing an estimated timeline for resolution.
Technical issues appear to be affecting both desktop and mobile platforms, with some users reporting persistent errors even after clearing cache or trying different browsers. The outage coincides with a period of high ticket demand, including upcoming concerts and events, which may exacerbate customer frustration and operational challenges for Ticketmaster.
